These things happen so don’t worry. Our system will notify you that a payment unfortunately has failed to go through and you can log into your dashboard to rectify this. We will attempt payment collection 5 working days later and our system will notify you prior to the second attempt. If for some reason we are still unable to take payment we will contact you directly and your services may be suspended until payment is made. If the account remains in a suspended state for more than 30 days then the service may then be cancelled.
